Your decorations will come folded flat with four pompoms per package. Tissue paper pompoms require folding and then fluffing to achieve the desired look. Poms can be hung on clear filament, ribbon, twine, or any material you wish to incorporate in your decor. They are great to use as a garland or glued to a board to create a super cute photo booth backdrop.
